How is the all digital a bad thing? This is definitely the one I'm getting

It's always sad when they give customers multiple options.

Just like with the Switch. So sad that there's a Lite version of the console.

hmm I don't see much difference in quality of the grapix besides it being boring. I give it a 4/10. The only interesting games are Little devil inside, horizon 2 and demon souls. This is the big reveal? console design is fine I suppose but can you lay it on its side with those curves?

To the people thinking the exclusives shown would be doable last gen, I think they should a) get their eyes checked and b) go see how games like borderlands 3 and control play in last gen xD

I think an XBox One X with a better CPU could probably run most of what was shown. Base PS4/XB1 looks like an upgrade sure, but nothing a mid-range PC from 1-2 years ago couldn't do.

If you still think the graphics are the same quality as current gen, I'd say you're trolling or utterly ignorant to how graphics are rendered.

I give it a 4 out of 10. The pacing sucked, they blew most of their wad early, and stole an hour of my life. Almost fell asleep more than once.

HOWEVER...

Day 1 for me. There was about 10 min of something worthwhile for me. Very hyped for the Spiderman spin off and the new Ratchet game. GT7 is a big deal, not sure if I will be getting it though. Resident Evil VIII has me interested, and glad they decided to continue and expand on what they did with VII. There were a few games that looked ok, but nothing groundbreaking. Watched on my 4K TV, and it just looked like sharper PS4 games for the most part. This is to be expected however, as it will take a few years before hardware will truly be utilized to the max.

But what really made me happy, was Horizon 2. It was one of two games, that we all knew were coming, that could have been shown to really hype me up. I am just happy to see anything on it TBH, and cannot wait to pick it up.

So all in all, trash presentation. But it had about 10 min of things I really liked. Kind of wish we had a release date and a price, because my pre order finger is itchy.

Yeah I agree, nothing looked innovative in game design that cannot be reduced in quality to get them playing on current gen machines. Ratch & Clank might struggle a little with the loading times but its still just another platformer.  

1/10 everything could be playable if downgraded on ps2.

One of the best things about consoles is that physical media is completely DRM free. Making a digital version of a console is an attempt to kill that. 

Microtransactions are "multiple options" too ya know.
