I've never understood "bikes" in a mario "Kart" game , oh well.

And what the hell have nintendo done with the box art !?!? looks like a wii wheel promotional stuff.

I still play with the Kart online and it goes quite well actually

I win more then I lose still

By losing I mean be under top 4


the bad thing now is that when I play online with my 7500 ranking I must be atleast in 3rd place or I'll lose points :(

guess there is still too many with 5000-6000 ranking

Who really cares if there's bikes in the game, if you don't like them don't use them.

Like I said earlier it doesn't really matter in multiplayer matches, because bikes are very easy to kick of the track and it's much harder to do a wheely in a multiplayer match, which actually cancels out the benefit of much tighter steering.

But I'd love to see a Kart leaderboard for the time trials. Well maybe I just have to practice harder on the bikes. There are a few courses where I'm faster than Rol, so I'm doing quite alright I guess.

I really don't get these laments about the presence of a technique or vehicle that outclasses their existing strategy and the calls for said technique or vehicle being banned. I know why they're calling for it. Because it's much easier to just ban the new and gameplay-shifting mechanic than actually, you know, adapting to it. What do you accomplish by complaining and trying to get something newly introduced outlawed? Nothing progressive, that's for sure.

but for other gamers, and certainly many long-time Mario Kart fans
that's almost no option
'cause it's Mario Kart!
and you wanna ride in a freaking kart!
especially when the bikes make the game even easier, instead of keeping it equel or actually increasing the challenge (bike riding is more difficult and critical than car riding in real life)

Seriously? Complaining about bikes in Time Trials? Is that what the nitpicking in this game has come to? The rest of it must be absolutely fantastic then.

I think it's not bad at all if you have some critic on a great game
