It should be mobile 2080.
The PS5 GPU has a 10.3TF performance because the clock is very high.

That's a gap of at least 33%.

There is no such gap between RDNA 2 10.3TF and mobile 2080.

You can't directly compare Teraflops between RDNA2 and mobile 2080 due to architectural differences.

Not to mention, we won't know how RDNA 2 will perform against current gpus until it comes out...
