Some amazing first party games coming from Nintendo soon, Sony really lacking in this department.
Pikmin 4 i doubt since it doesn't even have a date yet. ToTK would make more sense but dunno if preorders would be open yet. Probably not.
Crisis Core preorders are active, and it's doing quite well on Amazon jp.
