What would also help is giving people who do not have the right to vote yet the right to vote. DC, Puerto Rico and the other island territories who are taxed without representation. Guess which party those territories lean for and which party is vehemently against giving them their right to vote.

Slight correction.  DC have no representation in house or senate but they do get 3 electoral voters for president.

Good correction, thank you. That's about 3 more votes than Puerto Rico, which has more than 4 times the potential voters.

A new resolution proposed by Pennsylvania House Republicans calls for state leaders to withdraw certification of the presidential election results and appoint electoral college delegates.

The attempted coup continues.

"The rational middle"???

If your not a "moderate" (right wing in most other developed countries) your not rational according to Morning Joe commenting on how the progressives "extreme left" that wants Universal Healthcare, $15 minimum age, free college tuition, cheaper drug costs, The Green New Deal, stopping wars for profit, de-fund the police by directing funds from military grade weapons to community services, taxing wall street, doing far more to protecting the environment are complaining about Joe Biden's cabinet pick that secures business as usual for another 4 years

The Progressives are pushing back after helping Biden secure his win because Biden is working to keep the status-quo via his cabinet pick, people fought against this business as usual mentality that lead to Trump in the first place, 2024 wont be kind to the Est Dems, the young voters and the enthusiasm is with the left in the US (center in the rest of the developed world), the EST Media and EST Dems will work hard to downplay the progressives role in future, but won't end well

We'll see what happens. Trump was a great enemy to unify against. It'll be tough for Biden to satisfy the whole party.

As for those policies, I'm generally in favor of them, except perhaps defunding the police (I think the community service needs to be additive, and then if it starts succeeding perhaps you can lessen the police force) but there's a question of feasibility. The obvious counter argument is that most of those things are in place in European countries, but there are features of our government that they don't have. In some cases, for the better, in others, for the worse.

If he's against progress he might want to switch parties.

Need to give Biden an actual chance first before you start complaining on apparant lies... Because the world gave Trump a chance despite him lying about:

That massive wall that never got built and Mexico never paid for it.
Hillary never got jailed.
Didn't repeal and replace obamacare.
Didn't deport all immigrants.
Didn't fix the debt problem. (It actually got worst.)
Didn't ditch Nato.
Didn't reinstate torture.
Trump didn't invest heavily on infrastructure to repair and modernize the US's antiquated airports, roads and rail.
Didn't bring American troops home and end the "endless wars".

And lets not start on Trumps downplaying and lying about COVID since the start of this year either... Jesus christ, what a mess.
No wonder he got booted out on his ass, deservedly so.

Where did the world give him a chance? Were you high on scorpion venom? Trump was never given a chance from before the get go. Russian collusion scheme, a solid MSM anti-Trump front, social media and the public non stop ridiculing and chastising him. See all the threads in whatever forum. What about Bidens racist remark? Nothing. But Michelle Obama brining up the Charlottesville lie, or the Proud Boys lie and you're all over it. F'ing hypocrites.

And you want to tell me he was given a chance? Are you f'ing sh'ing me? What would it have looked like if the world would not have given him a chance? Grabing him at inaugeration day and throw him into a woodchipper?

And despite all this no land slide victory for Biden. O my... and maybe even voter fraud?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uErY5RJ76Os

Did i LoL when the phone was hung up...

Trump was made president. That was his chance.
He was the most powerful man in the world, he was the man up top, he could have made the damn changes.
Absolutely no excuse for the shit job he did and the long list of failed mandates and the endless lies.

I am very right-wing/conservative when it comes to border control, most Australians are, yet he even failed on that front.

The mainstream media conspiracy is just bullshit, Murdoch empire is mainstream media and fully supported trump from the get go.

There is no evidence of voter fraud, it's going to get thrown out and laughed at.

And yes Biden should be brought up on racist commentary, Michelle Obama was never president.
The Proud Boys are just an extremist group and should be shut down entirely.

Even Attorney General William Barr agree's with that.
Theres simply no evidence of voter fraud, or anywhere near to the degree that it would change the election.

AG Barr, is "trumps" guy,.... he willingly lies/bends truth, and does whatever trump wants.
Seems even he cant in good conscience, claim otherwise.

its time for trump to put on the "big boys" pants, and amit to him loseing the election.
Even the wording he choose... that was probably just to save face.

"no evidence of fraud, to a degree that it would change anything"  (paraphraseing)

If they actually found proof of any fraud, you bet your arse they would be yelling about it, and trump would be tweeting it.
The fact they cant prove anything, just shows its just Trumps ego, that cant accept he lost.

It's frustrating because whenever something "good" happens to Trump, it's normal.
I.E. 2016 election. - Yet he still lost the popular vote.

He didn't cry about any conspiracies, wasn't in his best interest.

Fast forward to 2020, because he is the looser, he is throwing a tantrum and blaming it on everyone else and the system, rather than reflecting on the shit job he did with the long list of broken promises and mandates.

Either way, he was president for the last 4 years, he had the power to make the changes to completely remove and resolve any issues like voter fraud, but he didn't.
It's incompetence at it's best. It's shit leadership.

He would rather whinge about something than be the solution, he simply loves to complain and blame.

I actually slightly disagree with you here, but only in that Trump didn't complain about conspiracies when he won in 2016. That's not actually accurate because he still thought there was a conspiracy to let millions of undocumented immigrants vote illegally as that was the only way he could cope with him losing the popular vote even though he won the actual election. Any time Trump loses in any contest he cries cheating.
