Forums - Gaming - Last Of Us Game Of The Decade - According To Metacritic Users

The top 3 are correct for sure. A few games on that list wouldn't be in my personal top 10 like Bloodbourne, GTA5, Dark Souls and Mass Effect 2, which would be replaced by Super Mario Odyssey and Galaxy 2, Persona 5, and I'm a sucker for Uncharted games so Uncharted 4 would be high on the list for me as well.

I just beat The Last of Us today! With that being said, I don't think it deserves it. It's a good game, but not game of the decade material.

After playing The Last of Us I couldn't help but think... Deus Ex:HR was a better stealth game.

I don't think I even enjoyed TLoU as a game, I was very impressed with its visuals and story telling though.

Ageeed. TLoU is a good stealth game only in the begining. You have very limited resources and no upgrades in the beginning. It's purely stealth and being smart about every bullet, shiv and other resources. But then you keep getting new weapons, upgrades and items so there's really no limited resources for you. I used brute force in many parts of the game to progress. Maybe it's because I played on normal, I don't know. Maybe I'll play it on hard someday, but I don't know.

I agree with the visuals and story too, it's amazing this game can run on PS3 at all, it's very impressive.

As it should be I did not vote in this poll, but TLoU is also my game of the decade, and quite possibly my all-time favorite game. Will everybody agree? Hell no! And that is just fine. I personally cannot get the hype that The Witcher 3 has, yet I have nothing against the fact that it has an adoring fanbase.

More robbers voted for it than for the other games then. 🤔

Ugh. The Last of Us.

That’s because TLoU sucks as a stealth game because of the terrible AI. You can literally stand in a corner somewhere, make some noise and then just wait until all the enemies come at you one by one to get clubbed. And then there’s Ellie..

It's a #1 material but not my personal.

Play it on Survivor if you want a harder game.

Also play the online, it's REALLY good too and a lot of fun.

Yes, it is super fun, I played the Survivors mode. I have seen a guy becoming the last survivor of our team and killing all 4 opposing team members, it was incredible. My record was 2.
