Eeek, Xbox and PS4 had their worst NPDs so far. And they are adjusted up? Damn, they must have been low before :P

Huh, looks like Switch didn't get a 20 million year after all. And after the sharp fall this week, I don't know that it's certain that it will this year either. Maybe last year was the peak. It had better level out immediately, because if the baseline shrinks any further it'll have its first down week.

A little too early on the first and totally wrong on the second.

I hope you're right.
Looks like there's been some more adjustments since you updated. Don't envy you having to update those tables.
These are the weeks that have changed for Switch:
Week 10 - 243,351 (Previously 232,481)
Week 34 - 175,652 (Previously 179,345)
Week 42 - 293,832 (Previously 293,032)
Week 49 - 626,520 (previously 656,520)
2019 total = 19,868,538 (Previously 19,892,561)
Seems there's been adjustments to the other two consoles too, haven't been through the weeks to see which ones though.
PS4 2019 Total = 14,235,493 (Previously 14,240,493)
XBO 2019 Total = 4,872,479 (Previously 4,974,079)
You do great work with this thread, especially when adjustments have to be made, it's not a quick job.

I haven't done anymore adjustments since yesterday. So strange there are differences. |
Some look like typos since there's only one letter off (Weeks 42&49), others are so far in the past that they probably slipped by until now (weeks 10&34). Of course these errors chance the bottom line in the end...

That’s most likely my fault, then. I must have mixed up some numbers here and there. My bad.

Called it.
Yea i think the NPD leak was just wrong and maybe should have waited a bit to do the adjustments lmao. So Switch did get a 20 million year after all.

It NPD leak wasn't wrong. The leak and the shipment figures for the Switch showed we were too low in Europe and mainland Asia. |
Wasn't Switch sold-through > Shipment during Q4-Q1? It was heavily discussed Nintendo sold more units than what they had shipped in the same quarter. So basically they had overshipped Nintendo Switch in the last FY Q3 and needed to move out the old stock asap with the new replacement version of Mariko Unit and Switch Lite.
