Black Flag, while being an overall excellent game, has a LOT of tailing missions. Especially early on, if I recall correctly. 

Origins has pretty much none of this, and is generally very light on stealth.

Only played a little bit of Syndicate, so not sure on that one.

Yeah I wanted to address that. Black Flag indeed has a lot of them. The ship tailing mission is the worst in that regard...

Syndicate has some eavesdropping sections as far as I remember. Might be wrong about that though. Syndicate has a similar approach to Unity when it comes to assassination missions, though I think there aren't quite as many.

Japan is not part of the EU so you need to pay VAT AND toll fees. In total easily above €500.

The only way of "saving" money would be to make your next trip to Japan, buy a Series X there and then import it. You're free to import items with a value up to €430 at airports.

I'd say it's very very likely.

Microsoft even recently removed the region lock from the 360 store. Putting NTSC-J 360 discs into your X1 also worked AFAIK. They are using the same system on Series X, so it wouldn't make sense for them to remove the ability of using NTSC-J discs.

Though I'm not 100% sure if the power supply inside would be compatible with the European power grid. You should google that first.

Oh yeah I keep forgetting Horizon 4 gets a nice little upgrade to 4K 60! Was saving some of Horizon 4 for Series X for that reason.
