Buy Doom Eternal.

There won't be any games better than Doom Eternal or Cyberpunk 2077 that you'll need a Series X to play, not for some time. I don't see much point buying a new system if it means missing out on the best games already available.

Well Doom and many other Bethesda games were already on Game Pass. I wouldn't be surprised if it's coming to the service within the next 6-12 months.
35€ is a bit steep when you consider that I could play it for "free" some time later.

Same is true for GRID as plenty of Codemasters racers have been on GP before. At least the Ultimate Edition is on sale that includes three pieces of DLC so the money wouldn't be completely wasted once it hits GP.

Doom Eternal probably won't see that much of an improvement on Series X, but Cyberpunk? Definitely waiting for a Series X version here.

Nah but, I definitely need to see an updated engine. Lot of bitching from normies about the fucking engine. I don't want it looking like GTA (it won't as they don't have the budget." But they need a decent upgrade from 4. I personally enjoyed the missions in 4 better than 3. If it's as crazy as 4 I'd personally be happy. But from a series standpoint. Finding a mix between 2 and 3 would be great. I would love my domme Kinzie to come back. I simp pretty hard for her. Maybe incorporate time travel, idk, I'm not sure what they are planning after 4 and Gat Out of Hell. Character customization and side missions I feel will be on point. 

Hope we see it at Gamescom...

Overall Completion Challenge

Duration: Till Series X Comes Out - Possibly End of 2020, cause fuck 2020. 

Objective: To increase overall completion percentage in games. To go from 63% --> 70%

I've noticed since Game pass and even before that when I played Xbox casually that I have a lot of games on my profile with very low percentage. Some games I just played and gave up without giving much of a chance. Others I genuinely did not like. So my goal is to go back and clean up my scores to increase my overall percentage in games. 

According to TA, here are some of the games I will be playing. 

Feel free to anyone else who wants to participate. Tag your original % and your goal percentage. And let's up them bitches together!

EDIT: €150 is the amount I exchanged it a few months back. In the meantime, I have around 40k more points on my account.
On top of that I still have around €70 on my gf's account, which I couldn't have used to pay for the console but maybe pre-order a launch game. In any case, I have to get rid of €220 within the next 2 1/2 weeks.
And that's after already using some of the balance to get Divinity Original Sin 2, Trine Ultimate Collection, Wolfenstein 2 Complete and CoD MW2 Remastered.

It takes me around 4-5 months to get 1%, so yeah with a bit of luck I can make it from 50% to 51% until the end of the year.

New City, new activities, new engine, new gimmick . They can’t do superpowers again... or can they? Kinda played out and made vehicles pointless. Time travel might be interesting 🧐 Really not sure where they’re heading in 5. Hopefully it is at Gamescom
