Honestly, who doesn't have a daily store update with the series?
Also, at least on Gamepass PC, it still says "Coming Soon." Some kind of trigger hasn't been issued, I'm assuming.

Nah, I suppose they just forgot to push the update at all. I can be wrong but this multiplayer client was already available for preload and it was this 200mb go junk. The problem is that earlier it couldn't be launched, but today they removed the limitation (as the game is out yet), but forgot to push an update with a real game client

It shows 1600GS to me.
This is what I did for it to work. I added the game to my home on Xbox, installed the 200mb, and restarted my xbox then I clicked on the home icon and it was working.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.
