I had a good year with my Series X. Would give it a 7.5/10.
Sure, there weren't a lot of significant new releases compared to previous years but that's not an issue specific to Xbox.

Gave me time to play some fantastic older games such as:
Kingdom Come Deliverance, Steep, FFXV, Control: Ultimate Edition, Shadow Tactics, Desperados 3, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Nier Automata, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, Hitman 2, Valkyria Chronicles 4, CoD: MW, Shadow Warrior 2, Mafia Definitive Edition, Diablo 3, Yakuza 6, Marvel's Avengers, Asura's Wrath, Ace Combat 7, The Division 2,

Played also quite a few new releases thanks to GamePass.
Still have to get Watch Dogs Legion, AC Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Marvel's Guardian of the Galaxy, Tales of Arise, Nier Replicant, Resident Evil Village, Life is Strange True Colors, Far Cry 6.

Forza Horizon 5 just hit 80,000 concurrent players on Steam. I wonder if it'll crack 100,000 over the weekend!

Phil said recently that they've been working on securing more Xbox's for this holiday season, so I imagine millions! Unfortunately, MS doesn't announce console sales numbers anymore :( but if FH5 is this big a hit, Halo Infinite will be just as big if not moreso! Leading to many more Xbox's being sold this holiday season.

Next holiday season, Starfield will sell gangbusters of consoles as well because whenever a BGS single player game releases, it's a system seller!
