Oh It Takes Two, nice.
Every once in a while there's a decent EA game coming to EA Play. Not nearly as often as it should, though.

That means we’ll be dropping exclusive content throughout the month of November (and yes, we’ve played the campaign – the first four hours of it) |
I'm getting some strong Ivory Tower vibes!!!
For the poll: I'm not a big fan of racing games but EVERY time a Forza Horizon comes out; I'm super hyped...
I usually end playing a good amount of time, driving around, stacking points, doing all sorts of stuff, and exploring.
This spin-off was a genius move from Microsoft, they got a lot of people like me playing it because of the format :)
Can we expect some SEGA backwards compatibility incoming?! I would LOVE to play Jet Set Radio Future again!
I wonder if Creative Assembly will also work on a Halo Wars 3
Finished Scarlet Nexus.
Might be the most disappointing game of the year for me.
Story is a train wreck. Story pacing is terrible. The first plot twist comes far too early and out of nowhere.
Most characters, especially the main characters, aren't very likeable. Too many characters get introduced in a very short time.
Level design is just awful. Long and empty hallways and other copy and paste areas.
Mission design isn't better and will a couple of times force you to walk through the same enivornments of previous levels.
Not enough enemy variety. Some are just copies with other elemental attacks and considering how often you fight them, including the stronger mini bosses it's just not enough.
Graphics aren't exceptional but fine. Combat is probably the best part of the game, it works rather well. Boss fights are nice and sometimes require special abilities you get from team members. The game has a ton of cutscenes but most aren't fully animated. Only bug I've encountered is that I couldn't pick up some items but other than that it was flawless.
6.5/10
I just saw that Age of Empires IV and Forza Horizon 5 are number 1&2 on Steams global top seller's list! The Xbox brand is turning a corner. Can't wait to see what kind of numbers Forza and Halo Infinite get on Steam.

These spiritual successor maps are nice and all, but it would be nice to get a few remakes that are closer to the originals, with just a few modifications designed to fit with the current sandbox and spartan abilities like clamber. |
I think we are going to get them eventually. Got stretch it out for as long as this game is going to be supported.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

A show like that could actually work. With the Chief and Spartans popping in and out doing their hero work while the regular people fight and sacrifice to save humanity. Make it about the ODST units getting things done.
Another big problem with AOE4. Buildings can glitch through fog of war and appear briefly when moving the camera. So it's easy to find enemy buildings you haven't discovered. This is very problematic for balance/fairness. I like the game but they've fixed literally none of the problems I had and reported back in beta.
