I just find this ad fascinating. I've never been to China, so I don't know what it's like there. I somehow picture this ad targeting families in the top 10-20% of income range.

Ninty always shares sales data, even when it's not going so well like with the Wii U, so probably when ninty releases quarter 3 results, we'll know the first month sales in china.

If it truly catches on, upwards mobility in china means it has enough rich enough people that it can be as big or bigger than any of the other major regions. China and India are the markets to capture for not just gaming, but most companies right now. Even though the chinese and Indian governments suck and at least the Indian government is less intrusive except if you're in Kashmir and for gaming, I don't think China will be that intrusive
