Holy shit, are the Cardinals slowly turning into an actual football team, or are the Lions that terrible?

The cowboys are a solid team but a lot of the runs they made could have been caught short and Eli fucked up a bit too.
Shaunodon said: The Pats currently have Antonio Brown invalid for week 1, N'keal Harry on IR, and Gronk possibly waiting to un-retire. If Steelers can't at least stay within 10pts, the NFL is doomed. |
Update: Demaryius Thomas was also out for Pats, and the final score was 33-3.

If Belichick can keep AB and Gordon out of trouble, I'm having a tough time imagining New England losing anytime soon.

Didn't affect their ability to win.
Have Sammy Watkins on my fantasy team but didn't start him. I still won first match up but I suppose I'll start him next week... Lol

Yeah, I don't see how other teams are suppose to cover Thomas, Gordon, AB, Edelman and Dorset. Especially with White being able to catch in the back field and take off running. And the Pats defense isn't half bad either. The Pats are looking tough this year.

This could be the last best chance for Brady-Belichick to finally get that mythical 19-0. Everyone remembers the biggest upset ever, falling to Eli in '07, but they had a team in 2015 that could've gone all the way after starting 10-0 before Edelman suffered a season-ender in week 9/10.
They ended up losing 4 of their last 6 by basically a score in every game, including an OT loss to the Broncos which gave up homefield. And then they lost by 2 in the AFC Championship to the Super Bowl champion Broncos; so it cost them maybe another Super Bowl too.
Looking at their schedule now, if they can manage to move past their demons in Miami they don't even have a playoff team until week 9 at Baltimore. Gives them lots of time to figure out what their best team is.
I won my football pool this week! Woohoo! 13-2-1. Thank you Raiders for holding the Broncos down to field goals and keeping the combined score low.
