Metroid Prime 3 Corruption, a superb ending to a fantastic series. You don't really need to play the other two to get a handle on the story, but if you did play the Cube one's, more power to ya.

Wait for Mario Kart, it's bound to be awesome. :p

Looking at your other titles it looks like you might like Metal of Honor Heroes 2 for Wii. Superb 32 player online with the best console FPS controls on the market, hands down (Prime 3 is the runner up)

Wait for MK wii its amazing and get mario galaxy.

Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition (If you haven't played RE4 on the GC or PS2)

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (If you haven't played it on the GC)

Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl are definitely worth getting, but judging from your sig I'm assuming you aren't able to get either at the moment. 

 If you want to have fun with friends, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.
