Blasphemy...calling Arcania a Gothic game, if you're a Gothic fan, is unacceptable. ;)
Anyway, Arcania is not PB game and nobody gave a toss about it, so IIRC Gothic IP is again with PB.
But, to be honest, PB dropped the ball after Risen 1, while I still enjoy their games, they are past their prime.
