Was Tupac Shakur actually a Republican?
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Capitalist and communist: so he was constantly punching himself.

Just like 99% of all Democrats. I have no idea why we are talking about Tupac though. |
He came back from the dead recently. He's going on a big comeback tour.

Tupac was definitely a communist since he believed in their ideology and was actively involved in communist activist groups. He just happened to also be rich from his successful career as a rapper.

I wasn't sure either, so I looked it up. Sure enough.
Happy birthday to our brother and comrade, #TupacShakur! This is his Young Communist League membership card from when he lived in Baltimore, Maryland. #RestInPower #SolidarityForever pic.twitter.com/oZmwG8fapK

Seems like it was mostly when he was younger that he was really active in that scene though. At least per the Wikipedia page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur
See the early life section, just before his move to California. Beyond that, I only see some influence that it might have had on Outlawz, but that also seems to draw inspiration from dictators of all sorts, not just communist ones.
