She can't even remember where it took place.  Look I didn't care to share this but a long time ago I'm pretty sure my dad might have assaulted me once even though my memory tried to block it.  It happened in the bathroom and he told me not to tell my mother.  That's all I remember but I fucking remember where it happened.

That actually proves nothing.  First its sexual harassment not rape and second it doesn't name anyone.  How many people work for the senator during that time.  This is what I am talking about, if this happen during the time of the incident or even 2 years after we would have better info and she would have a better memory of the incident.  Now we get these vague situations that do not prove anything but people are using it as some type of confirmation.  There is absolutely nothing in that article that support her story of rape.

One thing is perfectly clear; it's that Joe Biden lied. He said nothing took place under him and that there was no complaints whatsoever. It's funny that people will still believe him though even through his dishonesty. Something did happen, whether it was exactly as Tara describes it or not.

The benefit of the doubt sadly is always given to the men in these situations because people (as illustrated in this thread) assume the women is lying and will try to vilify them into submission and drag their reputation and character through the mud. It's more than disappointing to see Democrats walk back on their morals and sink to near Republican levels.

Biden was forced out of his first presidential run for lying and plagiarism. I honestly don't get how people are so quick to believe and defend him, its almost like they don't know his history and just fall back on "Obama's VP" nonsense -_-

So she said she was sexual harassment to her husband but not stated it was rape.  She did not tell him who it was or any clue who it was so how exactly are we to make a conclusion it was Biden.  How you leave out the most important detail which is who did it is huge.  Also Sexual Harassment is not rape.  How can you go to court and get a rape charge or anything on something as flimsy as this.  As I stated how many people worked for Biden at the time.  A lawyer would tear that apart.  What I am saying is that we still have nothing that points to Biden in any way.  We do not know what transpired between them outside of her word against his.  It would have been good if she even filled out a police report of the exact incident even without a name it would help to corroborate her story.  Only thing this story proves is something happen but we have absolutely no detail of what and who.

For Biden, its simple.  There is nothing close to being there to drag this out in public opinion.  Any lawyer would tell their client shut up because people already made up their mind.  

It's supporting evidence corroborating what she and others have witness to, dancing around this shows your disingenuous with this case

Well, I am going to have to disagree since there is no details.  Not sure how this corroborate anything without any details of the incident that she is reporting.  She says rape, this says sexual harassment which is a very broad term what that covers.  Sexual harassment isn't rape.  Also there is no detail of what the harassment was.  If there were details of what it was then it would corroborate what she is saying today.  Instead what you are saying is that we must assume the 2 are the same withing nothing to go on as to who, what, where when and how.  As a juror, how the hell are you going to take anything from this article and tie it to Biden.  I am not looking at the situation whether I like Biden or not.  It doesn't matter if it Biden, Trump or my next door neighbor.  I am looking at the situation as if I was a juror and had to make a decision on someone life and this was the evidence to the case I was presented.  That would be the same as the Phone call to Howard Stern.  No details of anything, No, who, what, where or how but we are to make the leap that the 2 are the same.  Hell it could be the janitor for all we know.  

This is where your logic is flawed, as the agenda seems to be you which have made your decision, I am not arguing this subject because I care about Biden but instead how we got here.  I have not made up my mind one way or the other concerning who is telling the truth in this matter what I am saying currently right now, the information we have doesn't come close to helping the accuser.  She wait 27 years and because of that we get vague details of something but nothing hard to go by.  It would have been good if she consulted a lawyer during that time.  Either way, I hope she has something more concrete than this or it will go away just like the Trump allegations.
