Funny now "no direct evidence of a conspiracy..." is being pitched as "no evidence of collusion".

I note that the statement allows for indirect evidence of conspiracy, as well as direct or indirect evidence for any number of other crimes.

I also note that indirect evidence is often admissible in court.
I also note that the Senate investigation is not the Mueller investigation.
I also note that the Senate investigation's findings, whatever they may be, are likely to be turned over to the Mueller investigation.
I also note that the Mueller investigation is not limited to conspiracy/collusion, as evidenced by the 40 indictments and 9 guilty pleas/verdicts attained thus far.

In conclusion, the Senate investigation has not exonerated Beloved Leader in the slightest, and its findings may wind up as evidence against Beloved Leader and/or his collaborators in the broader investigation that actually matters.
