NEW PS5 LEAK HINTS AT CUSTOMISABLE CONSOLE EXPERIENCE

""A fresh leak from a renowned Youtuber appears to hint at a more individual gaming experience with the soon-to-be-announced, PS5.

According to the patent that he found, gaming on the next-gen PS5 will be more “unique, personalised and set for your tastes”.

It also appears that certain elements in the PlayStation UI will adapt to your own taste over time. If these patents come to fruition, it’ll be a game changer for how you interact with your console.,,,,""

I don’t really have any because it’s very vague.  Like does it mean multiple skus or picking individual parts or what?  Or is it just the UI thing?

Will they offer me the option to no UI and prettier games? =p

It's  a tech based on AI and machine learning . It will enhanced our gameplay experience based on our habit, ability, experience and skill on playing games (almost like online match set up) . If this coming to PS5 exclusively then it's a big game changer. I am really shocked how AI can bring innovation to how we play already . this is genius.

Although it seems simple from how it described , but when this thing implemented well, it will make game more fun, enjoyable and longer , or even longer.

So actually it's an automatic adaptable setting , probably difficulty, UI layout, control setting, camera view, smart AI, Scalability, and evolving games content

So in layman terms , a simple games like tetris can be fun if they use this tech and not boring and repetitive anymore, or a gamer who hate extreme difficulty on Bloodborne will  enjoy this tech if they playing on Bloodborne using this tech.

It's interesting, and this could increase longevity and replayability too;  I hope we will have more innovation and new features in the Game-play mechanics and dynamics; CPU power will be significantly more exuberant, probably among the biggest jump if not the biggest of all Generations, and I hope Developers will make a good use of it ;)

Agree with need more than just pretty graphic, Ai will be a big game changer. I also heard that Sony already have a patent for block chains, so we will finally able to sell our digital games on PS network or even share it or lend it without DRM fiasco back on 2013 on Xbox One.

Also there is a new rumor and info regarding what Navi chip PS5 will be using, there is new video (the guy did not mention where he get the info) but i will give you the video

https://youtu.be/-AAB0Pv7_A8

He said PS5 will be using a cut down Navi 9 , which is more powerful than Navi 10. Navi 10 was rumored to be as powerful as RTX 2070. So Navi 9 will be more powerful than that.

Cool video, and interesting info and thoughts there;   the expectations I have for PS5 are nearly identical to those leaks, as my forecast was in line with that; we'll see.

What does it mean to be the biggest jump of all generations? Because given the exponential growth when it comes to processor transistors over time, each new generation pretty much outperforms all previous generations combined. With that, the PS3 -> PS4 was the "biggest jump of all time".

I hope the PS5 really pushes boundaries. It's freaking exciting as hell when new hardware comes out, and I don't want to diminish that fantasy, but I do like being educated when it comes to this stuff.

The generational leap in CPU power will be massive, really massive; I'm expecting 8-10X, according to the different scenarios; and this will be the biggest advantage of Next Gen.

CPU boost from PS3 to PS4 was modest, so I'm expecting much more improvements in the AI, physics, system collision, interactions with the environment, animations, Gameplay, etc.

I was playing FarCry5 yesterday on PS4, and though it looks sweet, and play cool, you notice immediately the big limitations on the CPU side and the lack of more sofisticated environment interaction : you can go through vegetation and small trees like it was fresh air :D  the simulation is non-existent in some cases, and from what I remember, it's a step back compared to FarCry4; in order to increase a bit the level of details and overall graphics and other things, Devs had to tune down part of the system collision(give me a break if I'm wrong, but this is what I noticed).

So, I'm very excited about the fact the CPU in the Next Gen will be much more powerful; I do care about better graphics, and we will have of course, but I'm looking for the Next Gen Factor, and the clear sign that Next Gen has arrived.
