My crew looks much better, but I'm playing X-com UFO Defense so that's probably the reason... I have to finish that game first before moving on to terror from the deep. :D
I don't know... maybe if you add a bit of colour?

I don't see why he shouldn't. I beat the game without losing a single soldier besides the ones on the first, tutorial mission, of course.
