In house testing doesnt give real world server data. They are trying to accomplish 60 online. If Bungie( whos servers have always been awesome) were worried about how file sharing was gonna hamper the servers did open world beta as test, I'm surprised if Insomniac just release on inhouse server tests. 

Please don't compare Insomniac to Bungie. They are in a different league. Bungie is good, but when you consider the lack of development tools available for the PS3, and that Resistance released as a launch game, and a year later R&C came out, looking better then any platformer had ever looked (and still does), and now a year later comes out with this stunning piece of work.

All three of those games were done in the same time frame as it took to develop Halo 3, probably all for the same budget as that one game, and with less tools to start with.

They're gods among men :)

Have they explained how 8 player co-op is going to work? Seems like too many things would be going on for that. 60 player online sounds crazy though.

 All they have said is it's a totally different campaign for multiplayer co-op. No information as to what it is however.

Ah, ok then. I will just have to wait then. It seems like a difficult thing to implement, but if anyone can do it, it's Insomniac.

thats a game to get exited about. The first resistance is a marvel but lacks on the visuals. That wont be the case with this one though. And 60 ppl online? ohhhhh come on lol i cant wait

Actually he's not far wrong. I seriously think 50% of Resistance sales were bundles. (As here in UK they still bundle 90% of PS3's with it.) So time will tell. 

 


 I don't mean to rain on your trolling parade but the bundle was only available in Europe for about three months. I would say 5%-10% is more accurate. 

My K/D in that game was 4 to 1. I w1LLz PWnz3rZ U a11!

Retailler bundles don't count for anything. Its only the official bundles from Sony/MS/Nintendo.

So again. Resistance was bundled for 3 months and had 240k bundled sales according to VGC.

So they dont count towards the sales of Resistance? From what alot of the guys say in store they do it because they dont really sell on there own.

Yes it will...just like GOW put Resistance 1 to shame. Gears of War 2 is coming out however ...and no one has even seen it yet therefore they can just do everything Resistance 2 is doing + 1... Its a funner game to boot anyways.
