In house testing doesnt give real world server data. They are trying to accomplish 60 online. If Bungie( whos servers have always been awesome) were worried about how file sharing was gonna hamper the servers did open world beta as test, I'm surprised if Insomniac just release on inhouse server tests. 

Please don't compare Insomniac to Bungie. They are in a different league. Bungie is good, but when you consider the lack of development tools available for the PS3, and that Resistance released as a launch game, and a year later R&C came out, looking better then any platformer had ever looked (and still does), and now a year later comes out with this stunning piece of work.

All three of those games were done in the same time frame as it took to develop Halo 3, probably all for the same budget as that one game, and with less tools to start with.
