Here are some more clues from me.

34.  Even though this is a single player game, some fans complained that the whole series was going to play like an MMO when this game first released.
33.  Even though it wasn't ready until a few years after the Wii U's launch, I think this would have been the ideal launch game for the Wii U.  It uses popular IP and you really do need the Wii U gamepad to make full use of this game.
32.  This the first game to use voice acting in a series that was already a long running and popular series at the time this game launched.  (The series is even significantly older now.)

#33 Mario 3D World?

#32 Final Fantasy X?

32 is correct!

These games have not been guessed yet.
#32: Featuring four generations of one of the most dysfunctional families in fighting game history.

#31: The leader of one of the factions in this RTS game is possibly an actual biblical character.

#30: Monkey and Trip.

#32 Tekken 5?

Correct. Now just #31 is left unanswered, so here's an additional hint for it:

The game centers around a conflict over control of a valuable, but highly toxic mineral that arrived to earth from outer space.

#34 Paper Mario

Nope, #34 is Super Paper Mario.

#30 is Super Mario Odyssey.

Correct on both!

I'm pretty sure this is a Command and Conquer game and probably not one of the Red Alert series so I'll guess at random, Tiberian Sun?

Right series, and it is a part of the Tiberian-series, but not Tiberian Sun. In canon, this game ends with the Ion Cannon striking the temple of Nod and apparently killing Kane.

Oh it must be the original Command and Conquer then.

Rome: Total War

Well, I should try one Total War game one of these days. Turn-based strategy should be right up my alley.

#34: There aren't many games in this long running series where the iconic protagonist has family members, but in this game he has one. Sadly it doesn't look like it ends well for him at first though.

Hmm, Zelda Windwaker?

Close. Mind the gender I mentioned.

And Total War is great. Personally I played Rome and both expansions, Medieval 2 and Kingdoms, Empire, Napoleon and Rome 2. I’d say you can’t go wrong with any of them. My favorites are those first three, but Rome 2 is a lot better than what you’d read on the internet as well. I’d recommend it.

That's the one. It may not be the objectively best game in terms of gameplay in the series, but I still love it more than any other game in the series, probably because of nostalgia.

I would like to get back into Total War.  I really loved Shogun: Total War, but gradually I have done less and less PC gaming.  (And I like plopping on the couch and being lazy.)  They really ought to bring one of these games to Switch.

I like Red Alert more but I do enjoy the first game too. I have massive nostalgia for the first few games up to Tiberian Sun which is basically where I left the franchise. Years later I tried C&C 3 and Red Alert 3 but, for whatever reason, I just couldn't be bothered with them even though they are probably good. I sometimes think about giving them another go but always decide I'd rather just play the earlier games instead.
