Oh wow, Mario Karts already incredible attach rate grew? This is insane. Also Splatoons attach rate is nearly the same. Two games with over 50% attach rate and Zelda over 40%. This is insanity.

I can accept that you overlooked the USA/EUROPE/JAPAN thing ( which is highly visible though) but you really deemed as logical switch having 4m units on the shelves? Shouldn't you have double-checked given that?
I would blame it on hastiness, if I didn't know you...
