EDIT: I really hope its the third installment to D&P, shame its not a gold and silver remake which I would really love for them to annouced.

It appears to be a list of past Pokemon titles with their release dates. The last item is "Pokemon ?" dated for 2008.

If this was a really authorative source, then I'd probably take it as a hint of a new Pokemon game, but it might just as well be pure speculation.

 It hasn't been announced, but the rumors are flying high. Especially with the pay and play thing that Nintendo announced.

just a lot of speculation
i really would hope they would though
