Shying away from the doom and gloom threads. Here's a closer look at the official red and black covers and also a comparison with Darkplates 2.0.

Really liking the all black PS5.

Yeah I get what they are going for. Like futuristic white but the console is a pretty big (bit of an understatement lol) and could have benefited from being default in black. Though it does make the console unique in a sense and is unmistakable and standout in terms of aesthetics - like it or not.

Makes me kinda interested to see how they'll handle an eventual Slim version.

Because apparently I'm a masochist lol :P Nah I've never actually found the Souls games to be hard other than my first time playing Demon's Souls back in the day, and the first few hours of Bloodborne because I kept treating it like a Souls game... admittedy the "hardest" boss in all the series for me has been the Twin Princes in Dark Souls 3, took me a whole SEVEN attempts! The teleport timing kept throwing me off lol.

Well then from what we know this may be From`s best game yet, so you are sure to have a blast.

Halfway through my replay of the first game right now (Ultra Hard NG+). Can't wait for the 18th.

Finished mine last week, done a full NG+ Ultra Hard after doing the Frozen Wilds, to get the 100% trophies.

Honestly something about the later Forbidden West trailers didn't capture me, I think partially just that the visuals don't always hold up to the benchmark of the beach location first demo'd... but the IGN walkthrough once again got me really excited.

Well youtube videos can be quite underwhelming so I will hold my full evaluation for when I start playing it.
