Well, just at a glance, that looks like a far less demanding game than Crash with less 3D objects, simpler effects, etc.

Ok so I guess you won't agree with me on this, so there is no need for further discussions

Then I'm glad it's a pleasant experience. But one person porting in a single day is something we hear rumors since Sony said PS4 was easy to dev. But per the quantity of cutbacks on a native 30fps I can't say it really is an easy port (but I can conceed it isn't an overly difficult, more like in between)

The trimmed settings aren't really that drastic or difficult to implement though; the core assets are mostly either the same, or modified in ways that wouldn't require them to be totally rebuilt. It's pretty easy for example to just switch (hehe) off POM.

Well we may have different definitions or understanding for qualifying as easy.

It may be "simple" to get a port running with all the trimming, but for me having to cut a lot makes it a not easy port. But anyway if it runs and play satisfactorily to the userbase that is enough.

Eyes are very deceiving on determining what is more demanding. If a game runs with less FPS on one console than on the other (considering devs aren't monkeys) then the one that have it at the lowest is being demanded more as rule of thumb.
