Yeah, I usually play games 'till completion. But I've kinda given up on the PS3 until Home comes out, and I can unlock trophies, etc. atm, I'm just playing online.
Currently playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl on my Wii, Rogue Squadron 2 on the Gamecube and Oracle of Seasons on the GBC.
I have that problem and a half, I'm always about 1/2 way through about 4 games
It depends. I won't play two story based/RPG games at the same time. But I will play COD4 and Warhawk at the same time

I didn't get a chance to play Soul Nomad and the World Eaters, but I have played a few others Nippon Ichi games like Disgaea and Rhapsody. Disgaea is a better game, but both Growlanser II and III (I am about 10 hours into this second one) have a great story and a very unique combat system. Not too much changed from II to III, besides the ability to run around in enviroments and some of the finer points of the combat system, but I have really enjoyed both games.
They have kind of a combination of real-time and strategy elements in the combat system. There is no grid, and if you don't pop up the menu things will just keep on taking care of themselves once you have given your characters their first commands and their target doesn't disappear, but you have to do a fair amount of detailed commands on the fly to survive usually. The characters are very individualized, which I like quite a bit.
The magic system is pretty different. Very different in fact. Magic attacks charge rather than have innate damage levels, with the more advanced attacks of course having better damage tables but higher charge times, and you can unleash the attacks at anytime during the charge, from level 1 to level 9. Each level you charge lets you cast another instance of that spell on any target, whether they all be on one character or spread out. You can charge to higher levels until your stats get better, and each magic attack requires different stats to get to use the higher charge levels. Stat buffs/debuffs are really important too, which I like.
Be warned! It is extremely frustrating to get the perfect ending in each, and even one slipup can cost you. I missed it in Growlanser II...

I play tons of games at I time. Right now I'm in the middle of SMG, NMH, and Folklore, and I just picked up Rogue Galaxy today which I'll probably start before finishing any of the others.
And then there's SSBB online that's always calling my name. :P

Yeah I get that sometimes.. but usually only with games that aren't so good. It's just that in that case I feel like I could better spend my time with a better game that's more worth my attention. :p

Well usually I'll play my newest game(s) until I get a new one.
If I have no new games however then I will just play old games I haven't finished until I get a new game.
I usually stick to one at a time, and beat it before I get something else. Unless the games are very very different, or are a supplemental game. Brawl for instance I will probably continue to play on the side of other games for quite a while, even though it no longer receives all of my attention. VC games or classic games on EMUs can be played along side a bigger game that receives most of my attention.As an example, this upcoming week or two will probably look like this as far as gaming goes
Okami will receive most of my attention, being my primary game
Brawl will be a supplemental game
I also may spend a limited time playing earthbound and/or Deus Ex on my PC, but not too much. I've beaten those games and I'm slowing picking away at them to beat them again.
