Go to profile settings, then preferences, there you can turn off prediction league notifications...

Every time I see the notification thing I'm like, now what did I do? What mod is going to warn me about what?

Then I check the message and it's just the prediction league lol!

Personally I'm too lazy to check my settings to turn it off so I just roll with it.
