Forums - Gaming Discussion - Bandai Namco is such a very under rated publisher. Not a micro transaction in sight.

I don't know if they deserve to be called underrated from a audience point. They have tons of big franchises with tons of fans and usually they sells pretty well.

They always seem to hit us with some good releases

The Witcher III isn't by Namco. I guess I will get Namco games if they're good, but I'm not going to get games because they're by Namco.

Well, they're developing Metroid Prime 4, so hopefully they're amazing!

Hmm, is this news comfirmed? That's very odd on Nintendo's part but yeah, I'm sure they will do a fantastic job. One more Pro on the pro/con list of buying a switch.

Yep, and most fans seem to be happy (cautiously optimistic) with the decision.  Makes us all wonder what Retro is working on, though.

There's a con list for buying a Switch?  Weird.

The tales of series has microtransactions. You can buy all sorts of gold and level boosts or xp boosts.

Unless you mean lootboxes. Then that it doesn't have, no.

The Witcher 3 was published by Namco in Europe. WB Games published it in North America

But it's not a Namco IP, nor was it developed by Namco.

They didn't fund or bring us Witcher 3. and they are rather hit and miss when it comes to PC porting as well. When they reach the level of THQN, then I'll take another look at them.

Do you just exist on this site to argue with everything I post or do you pick at everyones posts equally, like a good socialist?

It's a valid point, though.
