Releases shortly after announcements are much better imo because that way my interest for a game doesn't evaporate over time or gets overshadowed by other games in the meantime. Also, I wonder why someone would need to plan ahead some purchases. Like, how does this even work? Do some people write timelines? Alright, X game releases in 14 months, so I think I'll play Fortnite for the next 3 weeks, followed by P5 and W3 for two months, and then some Destiny 2 I guess.. and then.. and then... uhmm... Or does this mean in regards to money? That's even better then: X game releases in 14 months, so I need to spend 60/14 € less each month... hmmm... that means one and a half less beers each month! Whew, hard times ahead!
