7/10 for me.

Good all around. Not as good last year's april and september directs, but still good.

Crash N-Sane trilogy and South Park: The fractured but whole are good third party gets. Also I cant wait to try out captain toad for the first time. Splatoon paid DLC looks interesting. And ofcourse, a new Smash.

Dont get me wrong, I like ports to the Switch....but this direct was a little too port heavy. Also, the absences of Yoshi, Fire Emblem, and Wolfenstein brought it down a little.

Also, no Mario Odyssey dlc :(

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

It was pretty lackluster. Games we already knew and ports of games most have already played. They saved the Splatoon 2 DLC and Smash announcements for the end to pick it up, but it didn't quite save it imo

I think at this point, we should be expecting ports, especially from third parties. Probably due to companies are playing catch up due to the Switch’s unexpected success. Outside of Square, Grasshopper, Sega, Ubisoft, and, to some extent, Capcom, which other developer do you expect new original games at this point?

Any of them who want my money.

And, what new game has Capcom announced? I know about Okami HD port, the Street Fighter and Mega Man collections. Is there one that I didn't hear about?

You're right. I did forget about that! But, that's a cheap e-shop title. Hope it's fun, though.

9/10. I enjoyed everything, especially Octolings, inklings in Smash 5 (and the announcement of Smash 5) but, there was no Fire Emblem. Who knows. Last year, they held a Fire Emblem direct like a week after the Jan direct so maybe we could still possibly see Fire Emblem before E3? Either way, that’s the main thing I want to see in the future.

9/10, no fire emblem development update but the rest was phenomenal!

Also I know what I want as my Signature
