yes, there is not a single proof, after months of investigation, Russia hacked the elections. making these huge sanctions based somethig that is not proved  is totally  retarded.

Still has nothing to do with this, since the issue is that the president is ignoring a direct order from the senate.

he is doing what is right, doing something like this based on nothing is madness. I'm not neither rep nor dem, and don't like any of these two parties.

$500 billion deal between Exxon and Russia. Former Exxon CEO is Sec of State.

Sanctions were never going to happen.

You have no clue if he is doing the right or wrong tving, and you have no idea what evidences are available. And even if the  president disagrees, a super majority always, ALWAYS superseed whatever objections he might have. Ignoring that is to spit on democracy.

This is likely the real reason.

You also have no clue if the senate is right or wrong since there is no evidence availabe.

Are you implying conflict of interest in the US government? Well, I never.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Trump logic:

"Today, we have informed Congress that this legislation and its implementation are deterring Russian defense sales. Since the enactment of the . . . legislation, we estimate that foreign governments have abandoned planned or announced purchases of several billion dollars in Russian defense acquisitions."

Why the hell would we not protect ourselves so other countries can buy weapons from Russia?

Are we supposed to be so dumb that this reasoning is supposed to make us rather continue to be targeted by Russia as the CIA director just announced?  Why would we concern ourselves with Russian arm sells than our own sovereignty?

Since the Russian government did not hack the US elections (Clinton's Uranium One deal was before the elections), there is no reason for sanctions.

Exactly, therefore the president should impose the sanctions either way since the senate has the right to make what could be the wrong decision. It's how a democracy work.

They should be working together not against each other. Good to see.
