Actually you need to chill out, Nintendo always had casual, kids/parents and core games. Point that Labo will be very popular (all points that) doesnt mean that Nintendo will stop making "real" games, we will still have core games despite casual, kids/parents games. Labo only on launch in April will easily sell couple of milions.

They won't "Focus" on it. They will still bring us their top games from their best franchises. At most, 1 internal division will focus on it and deliver 5 LABO games max this gen.

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!

I would be very happy if Labo becomes a huge hit, i think it looks like a blast for young kids and parents (im a parent with young kids).

There is nothing more immature than wanting something to fail just because its not aimed directly at you.

I don't know about that. I suspect Januarys are slow months so even though this Labo thing climbed so high, it could be just the result of a slow month.

btw, for those saying "why console sales are dropping?" , they aren't. They drop in rank, but not in sales.

It's because there are many promotions right now, so they tend to conquest the chart.

So I finally checked out Labo and WOW!
I thought you guys were being OTT like with Arms but this looks awesome. Credit to Nintendo for this. Makes up for the nasty 1-2 Switch quick cash in.

I am shocked. When you think Labo will drop, it just rises again to the top. Btw, Switch is out of stock right now. I wonder when Nintendo will solve that and we'll finally have the juggernaut set free. I wouldn't be surprised if it started outselling PS4 + XB1 combined in the US.
