I don't even know if I actually played 10 games.

I think the order is something like this:

1. Rocket League
2. ELEX
3. Assassin's Creed Origins
4. BOTW
5. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
... and some more stuff I played less than 10h

I doubt I've even played ten games this year (maybe half, counting everything, just two new ones in any case) and wouldn't know for how long either way, but I am sure Breath of the Wild would easily be at the top of that list with a little over 200 hours played. One playthrough, and the DLC not finished yet.

Super Mario Odyssey - 30 hours
Mario Kart 8 - 15 hours on Switch, and at least a few hours on Wii U too
Splatoon 2 - 25 hours
Shovel Knight Treasure Trove - 15 hours
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate - 15 hours

And quite a lot of games below 15 hours too.

1. Persona 5 - 150 hours
2.The Witcher 3 - 90 hours
3. Horizon: Zero dawn - 70 hours
4. Skyrim - 62 hours
5. Nier: Automata- 55 hours
6. AC: Origins - 35 hours
7. Gravity Rush 2 - 10 hours

Yes I got it for $5 on sale and it was definitely worth it. Quite a good story for a FPS.

Overwatch and Hearthstone. Around 100-150 hours. The later less so these days.

Damn, totally forgot about hearthstone. I play it so irregularly that I forget that I'm even playing it^^

Dungeon Run alone probably accounts for 30h+ this year.

Splatoon 2 - 35 hours or more

ARMs - 25 hours or more

DOOM - 20 hours or more

Mario Kart 8 Delux - 15 hours or more

Lego City Undercover - 15 hours or more

I also played some of the classic handheld Zelda games but cannot remember how long it took.  However long it takes to beat Oracle of Ages, Seasons, and Link's Awakening I guess.

I bought Dark Souls 3 but did not play it much.  I think I am still burnt out on the countless hours I poured into Bloodborne.  I will get to it eventually...hopefully before the servers die out.
