They look so amazing albeit bulky. The really should just go with the glove method (or exo hand) at this point. I doubt you could go wrong with the vive as long as you have the horsepower and space, looks to be the best of VR. You'll have VRchat, ya lucky bugger! If you do buy in, let me know your thoughts. I was thinking of holding off on my PRO (again) and trying one of these Windows MR sets when the price drops a bit however I need my old laptop to die to justify upgrading and its a Samsung..so unlikely ;D

Having seen them in action, they actually feel quite ideal for how they function, especially with how the tech demo version of them displays already decent hand to puppet co-ordination (And that's without the device/game being fine tuned to one another).

I plan to go with the Vive Pro at some point, maybe in another year or two. VR chat is currently the main thing that appeals to me, though I'll be wanting to see what VR only games we get in the future (Really not a big fan of VR modes being tacked onto games that were never really built around being VR only).

I've definitely got more than enough horsepower to run any VR device atm.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

I went and bought into Skyrim VR, forth time now playing this game and by third purchase and at about 500 hours or so, probably way more and a platinum on the remaster, I wasn't at all disappointed even though I was sure I would be. It's fantastic, albeit the graphics are lacking and a tad blurred on OG ps4, like the lads said above it's feels like a different game in VR with the move controllers. Here we go again, Skyrim, might actually help the dawngaurd this time for a change, build a house and dive fully into the Dragonborn DLC. 4 hours already, sraight in VR and I might as well have being playing on the TV comfort wise besides for a bit of a sweaty brow. Fantastic, but I would recommend grabbing it on sale if you've bought in before. Full price a third time would be a bit of a kick in the balls, thankfully it's half price atm.

Congratulations...was just playing it yesterday as well. I could totally lose myself in this world. Sure it's blurry on base PS4 but the feeling of being there is just insane. The perception of size makes it a totally different experience.

You're right, 60,- would be a bit steep but I was lucky that my brother immediately had to buy a PSVR, after he had tried out mine..and now we game-share all games :)

Did you know you can play with the DS4 in the left hand and one Move in the right hand?!

Can you help the Dawnguard as well? I thought it was a bit odd that after visiting the Dawnguard the vampires recruited me and they started killing me. I thought I was undercover, apparently I switched sides. Tip, don't visit the Vampire castle before you have the vampire girl with you. If you visit it before and get send away the gate will forever stay shut and you'll need to glitch through to continue.

I'm in Solstheim atm yet haven't played that much lately. My setup is downstairs and it's cold there with -20c nights. Plus GTS is still consuming my time. Wipeout VR should break my GTS addiction, plus the worst of winter should be over then. I was at 130 hours or more already.

Why would you wanna though? The movement system works so damn well, I wouldn't mind having a right analoug stick though because the move buttons are so effing loud. Still, riding a horse in this game with moves just feels like the way it was meant to be. I do understand however that the move button is a tad over sensitive for movement but I can't find a setting to reduce it.

Loud? What's wrong with your move controllers! The move button is digital, you can't adjust the sensitivity, it's on/off. At least on my old moves it is. Or do you mean the running speed, can't change it. You can change the rotation speed, however there is no acceleration setting as in AZ Sunshine and The Solus project.

If you use a 2h weapon you can use the DS4 for analog movement as your left hand is unused anyway. I forgot about that while levelling up my 2h weapon skill. It's not really an issue once you're used to pointing the left move for strafing. The only difficulty is when trying to sneak and you can only go full run alerting everyone!

Yeah, The clicking sound of the four buttons is terribly load, probably the only reason I'd want an analouge stick but I hear we are in line for new controllers based on a patent filed by sony and hopefully those gloves which look incredible and the way all VR should go in my opinion.

How do you even hear the buttons through your headphones? Mine are just normal sounding, just as the buttons on the DS4. The Move button is near silent.

How would those gloves eliminate the need for an analogue control method like an analog stick?! Would everything have to work with gestures?!

What do you guys think about those new Sony patents?

looks intriguing, but I hope that strap is able to securely hold the controller for you even if you remove all fingers from it (and even when making a throwing motion, or facing downwards etc), like Valve's planned "Knuckle" controller does, as that opens up interactions involving naturally grabbing and letting go of items on the fly a lot (and has the added bonus that VR newbies won't let the controllers fall)

500k sales in Q1 are my bet. 2 Mio was crossed early december for Xmas, so 2,5 Mio Is definitly possible by now. Could cross 3 mio in Q1
