I totally agree with you ... and that's the fun thing about nintendo games ...
besides ... you don't need to shed incredible amounts of blood on a game or cut guys in half to make such great games ...

FYI, not that you deserve to know, I got it for 40 bucks. 

 No, I didn't complain House of Dead was released in its original form, I complained that it was released LESS than its original form, with less than 5 hours (WAY less) of gameplay for full price.

This would only be true one time. Sega whored around with Sonic for a long time, but if the games are consistently bad you can destroy even the biggest mascots.

That the reason, the key, etc... example StarFox, the only game developed by Nintendo is StarFox 64, the other four were not made by Ninty, and none of them achieved the same level of success and gameplay of the 64 version...

 Not always the Metroid games were amazing and yet such poor sales cause before Metroid Prime they came out so late in the consoles (NES, SNES) lifespan, and much like Earthbound a great AAA game doesn't get the sales it deserves =(

I never said that everything Ninty touch solds out, but most of ther games got a nice level of success, and yes, there is a couple of forgoten games...

Thats the thing once Nintendo get you, they have you for life. Games like Super Mario bros, Zelda OoT were 2 of the games that made me a Nintendoholic, wanting to play the next mario or zelda game they make.

Need I remind people that just because a game is not intended for YOU does not make it a bad game.

Is leapster "bad" because its intended market is children?

Is a Hannah Montanna game 'bad' solely because she herself is a no talent hack?

No, if the target demographic enjoys the game, then its a good game. Period. Your opinions do not dictate quality.

I think people are really bashing Nintendo this gen because the games tend to take away some of the edge players get from having played games for decades. Hence all the whining about the Wii Wheel in MK.

"I personallly can't control a kart with this wheel as well as I can a tiny stick, therefore its BAD!" Nonsense. Someone who never played with an analog stick would do MUCH better with a wheel. Your ingrained control mechanisms are not necesarily the best. That makes wii scary to players who like to swing their virtual fallace around by beating other people at games, then calling them a n00b. Suddenly individuals with likes outside a TV or PC Screen are being competative, and as a result we get to hear all the whining of how 'easy' these games are.
