That the reason, the key, etc... example StarFox, the only game developed by Nintendo is StarFox 64, the other four were not made by Ninty, and none of them achieved the same level of success and gameplay of the 64 version...

 Not always the Metroid games were amazing and yet such poor sales cause before Metroid Prime they came out so late in the consoles (NES, SNES) lifespan, and much like Earthbound a great AAA game doesn't get the sales it deserves =(

 

I never said that everything Ninty touch solds out, but most of ther games got a nice level of success, and yes, there is a couple of forgoten games...
