Do we know anything about PS4 sales in SK?

According to Kotaku, PS4 sold somewhere above 440 units at launch, while Xbox One sold 200 units.

Dual Shockers had an article with the headline "PlayStation Korea President Boast Strong PS4 Sales", and makes statements like "cross-gen titles sell twice as much on PS4 as PS3", but if you go to the actual interview, he seems to be saying the exact opposite.  Kawauchi appears to state that the PS4 has a 1-2 attach rate compared to PS3 and even Vita being over 3 times that.  Contrary to the article, in the actual interview Kawauchi appears to say that the PS4 edition of The Last of Us sells terribly compared to the PS3 version.

The interview is in Korean, which I do not pretend to read or speak, so I freely admit to reading the article solely based on Google translate.  If someone has a better translation, feel free to correct me on any mis-translation.

From what I can gather, those numbers are sketchy. For starters, the Xbox One figure of 200 units relates solely to the units purchased AT Microsoft's launch event at the Seoul Time's Square. Surely the console wasn't only available there. I mean, I guess we could say 200 is the absolute minimum, but the actual number is probably dozens of times higher, if not 100x higher.

For the interview you linked, the text appears to be in Japanese, not Korean actually, but after 10 minutes of google translating, I couldn't find the 400 figure, maybe it was somewhere later in the interview, but in that case you'll have to be more specific about which part exactly I have to google translate. That being said, I doubt the actual figure for PS4's first week sales was only 400.

Yeah, those numbers look too low. Like even in NZ with a population of 4.5 million it would have launched with at least 10 times that number.
