Wasteland was the game that directly inspired Fallout. Wasteland 2 is a sequel Kickstarted a few years back that follows up in that isometric style that the first few Fallouts (and Wasteland 1) were in.

Backlog it is for now. (It's sort of crazy to me that I even have a backlog on 10 month old system...)
