Looks very urban, which is strange considering it's a Sea of Thieves controller. Very nice design though.

While the controller looks nice, it does not look like a pirate themed thing to be honest :)

I actually like that.

Yes most version 2 Xbox One Controllers do except for the standard Black and White controllers.

Definitely like the cardinal points around the d-pad.

My personal favorite one they've done so far.
