Something is wrong and its easy to see. Why is he bending over backwards to protect Russia when he goes all out on Canada in the name of National Security? It is absolutely embarrassing for him to get on stage with Putin and call our intelligence agencies wrong. That in and of itself is collusion. America isn't built on the back of a single individual. It is all of us working together. Not against each other. In what universe does Trump have the expertise to denounce every intelligence agency in the country? Obviouly he doesn't and therefore, the question goes back to his motives? What could he have possibly done to warrant choosing Russia over America.

The last set of indictments were VERY detailed and should scare any voter in the US of Russia meddling. Just the report of Russia hacking into election software makers companies should raise every alarm we have. He couldn't even say 'stop it'? No instead he says 'our agencies have no credibility, Russia is our bff, Canada is a national security risk and the EU are our foes!'

I'm sorry but he has to go and thank God for the GOP member that have woke up and are realizing that something is gravely wrong.

Personally, I must say I am interesting in how people that support Trump will dismiss this. I mean they have basically dismiss pretty much everything controversial when it comes to Trump and this is just a new log to go on the fire. So if it was not Russia doing all this hacking an concerted misinformation efforts then who. Also I seem people just dismiss this effort from Russia as saying "oh its just facebook, twitter ads etc". Nothing is more powerful when people do not even know or care when they have been played. Its one of the oldest tricks in the player handbook.

Indeed, it will be very interesting, just like it was when they tried to defend the 30 GOP Senators voting against the Franken Amendment, the only "no" votes on said bill. Imagine the outrage on Fox then and now if any Democratic president/senator did either. "ZOMG, JOHN KERRY, YOU SUPPORT GANG RAPE?!?!?!" It was hilarious seeing them trying to justify their support for funding corporations that allow gang rape of their employees without recourse with our taxpayer dollars.

I still remember the RepublicansForRape.org site poking fun at it like it was yesterday, el oh el.

Well some believe it to be Julian Assange and Wikileaks considering they claim to have hacked the DNC. They also say it was not Russia that helped them do so.

But regardless of who hacked the DNC, I'm more of the opinion that the hacked emails are more important than the hacker. The hacked emails showed the DNC doing bad things and screwing over Sanders for Hillary. That turned many Bernie lovers from voting for Hillary. Doesn't matter who hacked the emails. Russia or wikileaks didn't edit the emails. They just released them.

As for Facebook and other sites putting out false information or biased information or advertising for Trump. Whatever. That stuff was dwarfed by the amount of actual media outlets or Celebrities endorsing Hilary. Be like comparing someone putting up flyers around town and the superbowl ads and then complaining that those flyers around town tricked consumers into buying a crappy product. The amount of people those flyers influenced is dwarfed by the amount of people superbowl ads target.

Lastly. Shut up U.S.

We are the last people in the world that should be bitching about a country trying to influence another's election.

Edit: Also I can't see how Russia could have done anything that we don't do ourselves. The officially supported political ads on tv and the internet are just as bad as anything Russia would put out. It's no wonder people don't vote. Both politicians put out ads that make the other look like a horrible person.

If you were concerned  more about the emails then the hack then you would be supporting everyone getting hacked.  In other words you would love to see those correspondence from Trump and the RNC just as much as from Hillary and the DNC.  What I have found out is people are only interested in the dirt to support what they believe more than dirty that dispel their beliefs.  Its just like the leaks from Trump administration.  Dems praise them and Republicans condemn them but sure enough if it was Obama presidency, it would be the other way.

Since it definitely appears that the hacks were directly done against the DNC, and not both parties, I would come to the conclusion that it was a concerted effort to support the other party specifically Trump.  That does not mean that Trump had to have anything to do with it, it only mean there was a plan where Trump was considered a better option.

You also forget about the espionage game.  Its not about who does what to who, its who is caught doing what to who and how they can shift the blame.  Its no doubt that the US does espionage on the same level as Russia and any other government.  Just like any government, leaving traces behind that can be traced back to you is a big no no.

The point is not that we could or even wouldn't do it ourselves, the point is that another government decided it was time for them to do it against us.  I have no clue if Trump is guilty of not, I only know that because of his dumb mistakes he walked right into this whole collusion thing and thus it needs to follow to the end.  I hope we get to the bottom of what happen or get at least a picture into what was going on and the forces that got us here.  I am more interested in knowing what happen then who to blame because I am sure no matter who is to blame, there will be many on the chopping block.  Whether you care or not, it would be good to know the purpose if it could be found.  Nothing is done in a vacuum and for all we know it was a test drive for Russia.  It could be something planned for years or it could be a concerted effort to change policy in support for whatever initiative they have going on.  The US isn't a Saint and because the US isn't a Saint, just ignoring another nation interference means you just sit back and let it happen not wanting to know the full scope of what's going on or the damage and implications that could be hidden underneath.  I personally do not care who gets burned, Obama, Hillary, Trump, GOP, DNC you name it.  If they had something to do with it then they all need to burn.  I have no side, I pick no winners because I am not invested in any of them.  I support no one who will sell us out and I will make no excuses for anyone I supported if they had a hand in it.

The president of the United states....again.

MORGAN: The sceptic in me would say: ‘What is the incentive for America to do a great deal with the United Kingdom?

TRUMP: We would make a great deal with the United Kingdom because they have product that we like. I mean they have a lot of great product. They make phenomenal things, you know, and you have different names — you can say “England,” you can say “UK,” you can say “United Kingdom” so many different — you know you have, you have so many different names — Great Britain. I always say: “Which one do you prefer? Great Britain? You understand what I’m saying?’

MORGAN: You know Great Britain and the United Kingdom aren’t exactly the same thing?

TRUMP: Right, yeah. You know I know, but a lot of people don’t know that. But you have lots of different names. The fact is you make great product, you make great things. Even your farm product is so fantastic.

nah, the man is so full of bullshit lately, I was neutral at first but how can he possibly be totally unprepared, the Sun newspaper thing where he undermined T.May and then declared it fake news, really

of course the English farm product is fantastic and much more which Trump has no idea, EU regulations are levels above the American, not everything has to be cheappy, full of modified artificial crap...

the answer is that the British are starting to realize what a mess they got their selves in and Trump wants to make sure he doesn't miss the gold opportunity to make both the UK and the EU weaker, it's two in one, America first, right?

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Just checked.  Yes he said it.

I'll be totally honest and say that even I am sometimes fuzzy on the difference between the United Kingdom and Great Britain, although I always know there is one. But for as much as Europeans make fun of the average American's ignorance of European geography (not that they'd do better on the states), England versus UK/GB is literally elementary school knowledge.

But I love how anytime he says something dumb and someone says, "You know that's not actually true?" he says, "Yeah, of course I know, but a lot of people don't". It's like he doesn't know it's a rhetorical question. I'd ask who he thinks he's fooling, but I already know that the answer is "a plurality of voters".
