Bolded: It would not be suspicious if she could remember everything, traumatic experiences sadly have a habit of being remembered very well even after so many years.

Actually that's not true:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2014/12/11/the-scientific-research-shows-reports-of-rape-are-often-murky-but-rarely-false/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.20fa740f6584

The researchers then conducted a statistical analysis of the responses and found that the results contradicted the widely held view that a major event that arouses strong emotions would be clearly remembered, since "the neural mechanisms underlying emotional memory suggest that any event that evokes intense arousal, positive or negative, could result in vivid and persistent memories."

To the contrary, they found that rape did not. The rape memories reconstructed for the purpose of responding to the survey . . . were rated as less clear and vivid, less visually detailed, less likely to occur in a meaningful order, less well-remembered, less talked about, and less frequently recalled either voluntarily or involuntarily; with less sensory components including sound, smell, touch, and taste. . . . Memories of events that were unexpected and highly negative both in their emotional valence and in their consequences were differentiated from memories of pleasant life events.

I do not know what to think of that article,it tells us a tale of vague information about researchers and statistics and treats it as facts, and even then it tells us that these statistics show us that rape is not remembered well in some cases, like it is a rarity.

Like i said i can not give you full closure of what the truth is,my own experience with trauma is remembering each detail clearly even if i want to forget.

Either way people respond to trauma differently.

Some people have vivid memories, some people have repressed memories, and surely everything in between.

Yes that is true but i think it is also a rare blessing to have repressed memories.

So, what I'm getting from this is that it literally doesn't matter whether she remembered everything vividly or not from 35 years ago, you wouldn't have believed her in spite of decades of research into trauma of this sort.

I know that's not what you're saying...but it's totally what you're saying.

What the F does this have to do with him trolling the citizens of the U.S. on twitter etc?

Not much, since I wasn't talking about that due to the fact it wasn't specifically part of the conversation. Can twitter be ignored? Is it mandatory or just Trumps portion?

You think when the U.S. responds to other countries, offensively or defensively, that they always agree with America's stance and how they handled the situation, whether or not the American people agree with what their own country did? What if the entire world is against it? Does that make the U.S. and it's people wrong? Take that example and shrink it down to a single country. Not every American has the exact same values and yet the Prez has to make a decision. Some of the decisions made don't please some people. Does that make him and his voters wrong no matter what? Should other countries always retaliate and do things to cause the U.S. a headache? Like manipulating elections for example? Are they justified? Are the Trump haters justified? Lead by example right?

Typical subterfuge from Trump supporters, your original statement was people should be nicer to him, and that somehow segued into how he should be an ass because other countries will respect him. Lol, good day sir.

Bernie couldn't win the Democrat candidacy because like most grown-ups they realize socialism is stupid and selfish.

Bernie isn't a socialist.  Regardless of what he calls himself.

There's a reason why other countries are passing us when it comes to healthcare.  It's not stupid to try making the improvements other countries have made.

Sorry if you believe someone who decided 35 years later to claim assault

Plenty of people go their whole lives without coming forward about assaults that happened to them.

Personally, I would find it more suspicious if she happened to remember everything 35 years later.  She didn't even bother to come up with a lie.

Which just so happens to benefit the Democrats as it delayed the whole process.

Delaying the process doesn't benefit Democrats.  Not unless it could get delayed some 2+ years.

Yep, and America is going to benefit from the trade wars. Because it turns out other countries depend on America a lot more than we depend on them. Other countries will break and stop pushing us around.

America is hurting because of the trade wars.

We're selling less product and companies are spending more to import.

1. The reason why health care is so expensive is because of too much federal government control.

2. I never said she had to remember everything, just key parts like what happened afterward. Not to mention other suspicious things such as being scared to fly except when she is on vacation... Another example of Democrats failing is when Elizabeth Warren claimed she was Native American lol.

3. No, we are not hurting because of trade wars. China has been ripping us off for way too long. They will have no choice, but to give in to our demands. In fact, China's economy is so bad right now that the wealthy people from China are investing in the United States/Canada real estate lol.

Here is an article with Ben Shapiro explaining everything about why Democrats delayed the hearing.

The most traumatic moment in my life was by far when my parents got divorced. This idea of not being able to memorize ideas that you repress is bullshit. I still remember exact details of how it happened (I dont know the exact day number since that wasn't important but I know it took place in the month of April). This idea that you can't remember memories that you repress is stupid purely for the fact that you must constantly remember the even in order to push it down. I remember the time of day, the day of the week, how I left my classes when I found out, where I was told it, how we pulled away from the school, and where I went afterwards.

I must add that I have repressed these thoughts for about 8 years now, and when it comes to basic memory I'm only good at memorizing tidbits of information. In other words my general memorization skills are shit. On top of that whenever I talk to people, 99% of them can remember everything around their own worst moment(s) in life.

1.
That doesn't hold up.  Other country's governments are more involved in their healthcare, and we spend vastly more than they do.

2.

I don't understand why people keep bringing up afraid to fly.  I'm afraid to fly, yet I've still had to do it to go somewhere.

I'm afraid of heights, yet there are still times when I have had to get up on a ladder.

What does Elizabeth Warren claiming she was native American have to do with anything?

3.

How is China ripping us off?

Specific industries are getting hurt from the trade wars.

1. Yes, because we allow the Federal Government to control everything instead of giving more rights to the state government.

2. Because it's one of the many examples of contradictions in the case. She is willing to fly during a vacation, but when it is something more important she is "conveniently scared of flying" lol. Elizabeth is supposedly running for 2020 president and just another example of Democrats making themselves look bad.

Why nothing to back that up this time? If you were focusing on my original statement, why bring up twitter? Segued? I said a Prez would rather project strength even if it makes him look like a jerk, and that of course isn't really necessary if people are nicer to you isn't it? Isn't that why the left wants to stop hate and ban hate speech, because it leads to negative reactions and violence more and more? Maybe if Trumps opposition was nicer to him to a degree, he just might not feel to need to flex and be so 'hateful'. Saying one thing, and doing the opposite, and then wondering why what you said isn't being followed, is like pissing into the wind and wondering why you smell like urine. Not as worrisome if they are blind though, but still a concern. If America left other countries alone within reason, they wouldn't have to deal with the retaliation for the most part. If the haters left Trump alone within reason, he wouldn't retaliate and trigger them for the most part. You play with fire, you eventually get burned. Don't bother complaining when your eyebrows are gone, but do politely voice your concern because people won't know otherwise.

So...because you allow the Federal Government to control everything...other countries, whose governments are even more involved in their healthcare, spend vastly less than yours.

Seems legit.
