This week’s Switch eShop US charts are as follows:

Software

1. Super Mario Odyssey
2. Rocket League
3. Stardew Valley
4. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
5. Doom
6. Sonic Forces
7. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
8. Overcooked: Special Edition
9. Zelda: Breath of the Wild
10. Sonic Mania

Has Stardew been in the top 5 since launch? Sure seems like it.

Seems like a pretty good start for the Bethesda duo, hopefully they stay in the charts for the remainder of the holidays.

I really need to get stardew valley. I wanted to wait on story of seasons but I dont know how long I can wait I have an itch to do some farming damnnit!

Actually, you are neither. You misinterpret facts or are oblivious to them, so your arguments are neither factual or give off the impression that you are devil's advocate because you simply lack fairness.

Is playing devil's advocate supposed to be fair ?

It is too soon to quantify how significant casual gamers will be in the success, or lack thereof, of the Switch. Casuals are, basically by definition, not early adopters. So, lets give it through holiday 2018 before we start talking about the casual vs. hardcore spectrum as it relates to Switch. By that time, the numbers may have some real meaning.
