I'll buy 1 of those new Cube-controllers! Sadly they aren't making Wavebirds, a pitty if you ask me! They'd be very handy for my Wii, because those old Cube-controllers have really short cables and i occasionaly make the mistake of pulling on it, making my Wii shove forward which causes it to almost fall of the shelves!

While it is a good move to make more CG controllers (I remember pics of loads of them being bought at SSBB launch) it is completely non-sensical not to have them wireless, there is no reason why not
wow O.O nintendo is spending time making new gamecube controls, but they can not produce enough Wiis. Sometihng sound wrong here. They should just work on making enough wiis to meet demand. Then work on side projects like this ones the big main problem has been finished.
Maybe it's too hard to get the Wavebird components nowadays of they haven't decreased in price well.

You can buy Gamecube extension cords easily and cheap online. That's what I did.

I seriously doubt any of the GC controller components come from the same place as the Wii ones... It is a problem with the companies supplying specific Wii parts that have caused Wii production problems.

If that is true they should make it bluetooth. That way no one will pull my wii off shelf. Happens alot when we play brawl.

It think the reason they haven't made bluetooth wavebirds is the same reason they didn't make gamecube games played on the wii able to save on SD cards. I don't know what it is but I assume that it is something like the Wii goes into gamecube mode when you play a gamecube game and it no longer knows that it is a wii.
