I will say that, while I've always felt it makes perfect sense to have both a North and South America, I've never been entirely sure where Central America should fall lol

Generally it is taught that there are three countries in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico), but it always seemed to me that North America should include everything down to the western half of Panama.

I think it's because you are 1 level down the category tree. The 'North America' that comprises CA, USA & Mexico is perhaps just a region within the larger "North America" the continent.

I was taught all the countries from Panama to Canada, plus the strings of islands in the Caribbean are part of North America.

Around the Network

You all are making this far more complicated than it needs to be. There are two continents; The United States of America, and the place outside of the United States of America (which is filled up with communists, agenda filled scientists, and cannabis smoking cannibals).

*I love you all*

Why do people separate Asia and Europe ?

There are only 5+1 continentals on the earth.
