If the main draw of the series is exploration, then the marketing should certainly reflect that as it will make the game sound more interesting by marketing to its strengths and the things that will make people actually interested in the game.

The marketing should just hype the game up the way the trailer did leaving the player to naturally find things out is better than spoiling it, for reference Zelda is an adventure game but the marketing never focus on the world and adventure.

Huh?

Zelda focused on the adventure and experience, not mechanics. They overviewed the mechanics in demos where the player could see them in context, rather than making them seem like random thing A, B, C, D, E that the player can do at some point, and not really putting it into the context of why would want to do that, or why it is important in the overall experience.

Then of course, Xenoblade Chronicles X. In 8 minutes told me a lot more of what the game was going to be about by focusing on the experience rather than isolating out some descriptions of mechanics without putting them into any real context. They tell you about mechanics, but don't go into needless detail on them.

Yeah and? How is that any different from these.

To be fair, this particular game isn't really as straight forward as Breath of the Wild's premise. I imagine many at Nintendo struggle to accurately display what makes the Xenoblade games fun besides maybe the vistas and open world as the storyline is so Japanese and the battle system while real time isn't the most visually appealing, I don't think it will fly easily with a mainstream audience.

The difference between Xenoblade 2 and other 1000 JRPG?

Beautifully crafted world filled with amazing vistas, wild life and majestic environment = A living TITAN

That mean they have to rise the data of cartridge and of course it will cost 70$

Obiovusly, but it is a Nintendo game so they can wear the cost. They don't need to cut corners.  The LA Noir is a good example of cutting corners. I would rather pay the extra $10 then buy half a game and need to downlaod the other half.

Japan voice = half of the game? Xenoblade X had only English voice

No LA Noire is half a game because they too tight to get a bigger cart. SO day one you need to download 10gb for the game to work.

So there it is, the Xenoblade version of the Close Call ads.  A proper commercial.  With production value.  Finally.

I hope XC 2 can sell 2 million units so we can see the franchise continue for a long time. I'll be doing my part for at least one of those sales .

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

I'm salivating looking at these images, this just reinforces my belief that I chose the right option of getting this game, instead of BotW or Odyssey, for my first Switch game, the only sad part is I will have to wait for Christmas to get this and the Switch. Also, I love how they have that big bird fly in and be level 75 while the rest are level 9 and 8 except for the younger looking one which has a lower level of 3, it makes the world seem alive with how varied their levels are.
