Obiovusly, but it is a Nintendo game so they can wear the cost. They don't need to cut corners.  The LA Noir is a good example of cutting corners. I would rather pay the extra $10 then buy half a game and need to downlaod the other half.

Japan voice = half of the game? Xenoblade X had only English voice
