I'd imagine it was Ken Sugimori, he does all the official Pokémon and character artwork, so he definitely did the new Giovanni artwork at least. I'm not 100% sure on the other two.

This can be interesting

Pokemon ORAS also had the extra legendaries with the wormhole, so I assume it's about the same

Would be neat if they could integrate the other legendaries into the story, rather than just throwing them in because they can, but I won't be holding my breath for that
